Gordon's Shield 2012 was awesome for two reasons-our amazing campsite and coming 3rd! Joey and Pierce were primarily on campsite construction and they built an amazing A-frame Gateway which leaned on a tree and had a"twirly" gateway.

We also had a really neat setup which made it comfortable to camp in the rain- our table had a Gazebo over it and we had a huge groundsheet strung up between two trees.

But ultimately what really so made the experience memorable was the closing ceremony-we had come third!!!
